Reflection of Year 1
Hello!
Year 1 has come to an end, and we shall recap on some of the interesting things
that we did during our first year. During our freshman year, other than
expecting a massive load of assignment throughout the year, we had more than
enough time to participate in many events. Some of the events we participated,
we thoroughly encourage all of you to take part in the interesting events and
have fun.
So
far, we will have to say that my schooling experience in Temasek Poly has been enjoyable
as during the first semester, some of us
have participated in an array of events that was organized by the school such
as CCN Day, TP Open House, TPRawks. Although these events are troublesome, we
realized that these activities had bonded us together even closer and we got to
know each other more. We advise all of you freshies to take the initiative to
register yourself in the event that the school has organized such events for
you, and to participate in them actively.
Besides
that, we have to say that the modules that we have taken for semester 1.1 and
1.2 are easier as compared to the modules that we are currently doing now as
the modules are the fundamentals of your core modules in semester 2. Therefore,
you should take the modules you are taking now seriously as a good foundation
would allow you to perform much better in the core modules in the future.
Alright,
we hope that you, freshies, will enjoy your first year just like ours. And if
by any chance any Juniors are reading this, hope that you all will enjoy your
second year!!!
